A deposit of 50% of the total job price is required for our proposal to become “accepted.”  Once accepted, schedules will be discussed and materials secured.  

If upon acceptance your project is ready to move forward, then template and install dates will be agreed upon immediately.  Generally speaking, The Stonery strives to keep a two weeks or less total turnaround time.  In other words, assuming you have a standard project, we should have your job installed within two weeks of your acceptance of our proposal.

If upon acceptance your project is not quite ready to move forward, then we can provide you with tentative dates for template and installation.  Please keep in mind that if this is the course taken, we must be proactive with regards to updating and/or finalizing the dates.  Due to the fact that we strive to maintain a two week turnaround time, we simply cannot have a whimsical attitude regarding our schedule.

Finally, if you've found that perfect stone for your project, but the project itself is still months away from being ready to proceed with templating and/or installation, then we will simply secure your materials and await your instructions when the time comes.
