Once The Stonery has received a rough sketch of your project, as well as direction regarding stones and the project's other pertinent details, a formal estimate will be proposed soon thereafter.
 
If we receive the information during a personal visit to our facility, then our proposal will be generated immediately, before you leave.

If we receive the information via email or fax, then the proposal is likely to be generated and submitted for your review within 30 minutes.  While this response time for faxed and emailed estimates will vary depending upon personnel constraints, we can assure you that estimate related delays on our behalf are looked at internally as complete breakdowns.

We are also more than willing to provide "ballpark" estimates for budgetary purposes in cases where all details are yet to be decided.
